Our Professional Development Program (PDP) anchors our WinnCompanies’ annual review & performance management process. As part of the program, team members are reviewed annually on either July 1 or January 1, and involved in up to four quarterly professional development conversations. Most team members receive a pay for performance merit increase as part of the PDP program. 

Additionally, WinnCompanies offers several variable pay programs. Primary programs include:

  • WinnComp Leadership Bonus Program
  • Military Bonus Program
  • Asset Management Performance Incentive (AMPI)
  • Leasing Commissions
